Join Our Team!

Amid concerns about the global spread of Coronavirus, COVID-19, we at Frederiksted Health Care, Inc have implemented some preventive measures to protect everyone’s health and preserve the continuity of services that we offer.  We are asking that you take following measures to assist us before your visit.
If you suspect that you have symptoms of COVID19: dry cough, fever, or difficulty breathing, please call and share this information with our staff before coming to FHC facilities. Let us know if you have traveled or been in contact with anyone that has traveled within the past 2 weeks and inform us of the travel destinations.
Also, if you have the symptoms mentioned above, please wear a face mask should you come to our facilities and anywhere that you may be in contact with other individuals. We strongly urge our elderly patients and those that are high risk to Covid19 (diabetics, patients with lung or heart disease) to not come in for prescription refills if you're feeling well but instead call us at 340-772-0260.
And finally, remember to frequently wash your hands, use hand sanitizer as often as possible, and refrain from touching your face.
Please note that, effective Friday April 3, 2020, we are suspending all extended hours Monday through Friday. Until further notice, our temporary operating hours at all clinic locations will be Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm.

The Goal of Undetectable

FQHC 101

Federally Qualified Health Centers or FQHCs, also known as CHC (Community Health Centers) are primary care centers that are directed at patients. These community-based centers are here to serve patients who may have limited and restricted access to health care.

Federally Qualified Health Centers are local non-profit organizations managed by a board of directors that usually represent area volunteers. At least 51% of these members must use the services of the health center. At every Federally Qualified Health Center, payment depends on the patient’s ability to pay. We welcome and serve everyone including those with or without insurance.

Our Vision

FHC HR Team supports the overall vision of FHC by providing quality, people-centered and service-driven human resources and compliance programs for all FHC employees.

FHC Creed

I am a healer. I am a health care worker. I am an activist. I serve the community of St. Croix affected by our struggle for health and dignity.

We believe that health care is a human right and as a health care worker or a support staff, we have an obligation to stamp out any act of cruelties which threaten that right. Therefore, I commit to the below:

I commit to doing no harm to anyone.

I commit to being fair to everyone.

I commit to demonstrating kindness to all.

I commit to being compassionate.

I commit to respecting myself, my coworkers and people who trusts me to provide responsible health care.

I commit to giving mercy to all in need of it.

I commit to doing unto others, as I would have them do unto me.

This is what FHC is. This is who I am. I am FHC.
